The estate focuses on indigenous grape varieties such as Limniona, Xinomavro, Assyrtiko, Malagouzia, and the rare Zalovitiko, all cultivated in 100% organic vineyards. Nestled on the slopes surrounding Meteora’s cliffs and the prehistoric cave of Theopetra, these vineyards benefit from a unique mesoclimate. Cool northwestern winds, continental conditions with snowy winters and hot summers, and a distinctive grey clay-limestone soil create wines with remarkable minerality and depth.
