Chatzivaritis Estate, nestled in the heart of Goumenissa, Greece, is a family-run winery that beautifully intertwines tradition and innovation. Founded by Vagelis Chatzivaritis and Olga Iakovidou in the early 1980s, the couple's shared passion for winemaking took root with their first vineyard in 1994. Today, the estate spans 20 hectares, adhering to organic farming principles that ensure both exceptional grape quality and environmental harmony.

The vineyard flourishes with indigenous Greek varieties like Xinomavro, Negoska, Roditis, and Assyrtiko, complemented by international classics such as Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2007, a state-of-the-art boutique winery in Filyria elevated production, blending cutting-edge methods with traditional craftsmanship.

The next generation of innovation arrived in 2017, when daughter Chloi Chatzivariti joined the team, introducing low-intervention winemaking techniques, including pétillant naturel and carbonic maceration. This fresh perspective has enriched the winery's offerings, appealing to a wide range of palates.
